After clicking on the order, you get access to detailed information that you may require to process it. Directly from this window, you can change the status of the order by clicking the Change status button. Changing statuses will help you effectively manage and keep track of all delivery processes.
When you change the status of an order in the app, it automatically synchronizes with the web version of ord.to and vice versa. So, you do not have to do the same operation twice.
When you change the status of an order, notification about it is sent to a client via email.
